When we talk about music of Port Harcourt, there are many pioneers like Frank D'nero, Sky B, Duncan Mighty, etc but yet Deettii should not be left out. Port Harcourt has produced finest artistes in the history of Afrobeat in Nigeria. Deettii dwell in the roadmap of pioneers owing to his passion for music to the extent that he later attempted music production which I can't tell much about because of insufficient information about the Artiste.

Deettii is more than just a singer, he wears many hats. According to sources, he is a musical artiste / singer. He is also a record producer, songwriter, graphic designer, video director, website designer. He is the mastermind behind Oilbloc Rec/Astronuts Music.
Rise & Breakthrough
Deettii gained national attention after featuring on the track Gbagam, by Timaya (on Timaya’s album Epiphany). The song also featured rapper Phyno. Gbagam was released in 2014 as part of Timaya’s album Epiphany. The official music video for Gbagam was published in 2015. The visibility from “Gbagam” opened doors for him in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Later, he officially released his first hit single as lead artist: Rock My World, featuring Timaya. That track blends ragga dancehall with Afro-pop, and comes with a music video.
