Born in Enugu some decades ago, Hon. Anthony Amechi Nwora, attended the College of Immaculate Conception (C.I.C) in Enugu where his secondary was completed with excellent grades.
His outstanding performances in character and learning in CIC earned the young son of Nwora an admission into the Norfolk State University where he obtained a degree in Psychology in 2000.
In 2006, in furtherance of his thirst for knowledge and personal development, Tony received his masters’ degree in Special Education from Norfolk State University in Virginia, United States of America.
Throughout his stay in this citadel of learning, he was a worthy ambassador of his Onitsha community as he was never shy to tell his friends and acquaintance about his own part of Nigeria.
This illustrious son of our land is not a one-sided success, he has been able to start and grow his own businesses local enterprises to international relevance. He is the owner and founder of MOBILE GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED; a global resources company in Atlanta Georgia U S A with head office in Nigeria among others.
He is a member of many associations and professional bodies including the Pioneer member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the United States of America, member of People's Club of Nigeria, Coal City club of Atlanta, American Teachers Association and a member of the prestigious Agbalanze society of Onitsha.
He is also the leader of Nigerian youths in Diaspora (NYIDA)
A lover of football and youths, as a young boy in the USA he played the American football where he was adorned with different medals.
Hon Tony Nwora has been a teacher for over 14 years and in 2011 became a member of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA where he played an integral role to the success of the November 18th general election that saw Governor Willie Obiano returned.
This is the man that is worthy of the support of all the good people of Onitsha 1 Constituency for Quality, Effective, Responsive and Responsible representation.
