Following the incessant burning and looting of Police Stations. Anambra State residents raises alarm over high rate of robbery.
According to a resident in Onistha, the criminals were believe to be using the weapons looted from different police stations during this unrest and calls on the government to do something about it.
It was believed that hoodlums and criminals elements seized this opportunity to achieve their ill aim and have started robbing people even on broad daylight.
Meanwhile, Anambra State government had earlier imposes 6 to 6 curfew to curb the criminalities in the state.
It was also notted that all detainees (including hardened criminals) in cells of different police stations have been freed by the hoodlums who successfully hijacked the nationwide peaceful ENDSARS demonstration.
