Sir Victor Uwaifo Efosa, born in Benin City was a Nigerian Musician, singer songwriter, sculptor, musical instruments inventor and also a University Lecturer.
His was respected musician in the mid 60s. Joromi fetched his an award which projected him to limelight as among the pioneers in High life music industry.
