Nelly Uchendu Uzonna Edith, MON was among Nigerian legendary singer songwriter, born 1950, a native of Umuchu in Anambra State.
In 1976, Nelly Uchendu rose to Fame after the release of Love Nwantiti. She died in the year 2005 in a Hospital at Enugu after she lost battle to cancerous tumor.
