Agnes Obiageli Iroh born 1957, popular by her Professional Stage name as Madam ladder was a revered gospel musical Artist who dish out many gospel songs that rocked Nigerian wave and beyond most especially the one she released in the year 1992 "Follow The Ladder", produced by One Man Thousand Ikechukwu (late). 

Though the song faced many copyright infringement but nevertheless it's still credited to her not withstanding that her profile has not been well documented until Throwback Times Nigeria came through.

She developed serious interest on gospel music while she was a Youth Choir Member in her church.

Agnes Iroh till date is a dedicated and stoch Christian denomination; devoted her time evangelizing for God even at old age.
