This studio project was inspired by Wande Coal's boast of Success of Mo Hitz Records so far since it's inception 2006.
Mo'Hits Records was one of Nigeria's foremost music record label owned by D'banj and Don Jazzy; registered as Mo'Hits Records Limited in 2006.
Don Jazzy was the CEO/President of the label and D'banj was the Co-Owner. The label went on to sign other artists including Wande Coal, Dr SID, D'Prince and K-Switch. The label specialised in Afrobeat. According to - Wikipedia, Mo hitz changed to Mavin Records presently.
