In a statement sighted by Throwback Times at IgbereTv, after a 5 months legal fireworks at the 2023 presidential election petitions tribunal PEPT sitting at the court of appeals Abuja, the tribunal is set to deliver it’s judgement today amidst tension, anxiety and apprehension across the country, IgbereTV has learned. According to PMNews report, hours after the Presidency issued a statement, on Sunday, September 3, to disclose that President Bola Tinubu will be travelling to New Delhi, India, for the G-20 Summit, the PEPT, finally announced that it had set a date to deliver judgement in petitions filed against the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.
